Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Cancellation Period

A regular user has a right of cancellation of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Cancellation is made by written notification (email or contact form on the website).

The product must be in its original packaging, in new condition and unused.

Cancellation fees and shipping costs

FECHA 11 may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

The user pays the cost of returning the product in the event that the product is in good condition and not defective.

In the event of a defective or incorrect product, there is no cancellation fee and the product is returned to the company.

Refund

The refund will be made to the payment method used to purchase or as credit for a repeat purchase on the site.

The refund will be made within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice and returning the product.

Return Restrictions

There are no returns or cancellations for customized products, perishable goods, or products damaged due to misuse.
