Delivery and Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering the goods within the specified delivery timeframe to the requested destination and will make every effort to ensure that the product arrives as quickly as possible.
We will do our utmost to supply the products promptly, within 7 business days from the date the order is received and confirmed.
Delivery times are calculated based on business days only (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and public holidays).
Shipments handled by our designated delivery company will be made according to the delivery company’s terms and conditions, its service areas, and in coordination with the recipient.
If, for any reason, the delivery company is unable to complete delivery to the specified address, we will notify the customer and work to find an alternative solution acceptable to both parties.
The delivery times stated on the website and above do not apply to products that are out of stock, whether from our own inventory or that of the relevant supplier.
Shipping fees shall be paid together with the payment for the product.
In the case of installment payments via credit card, the website reserves the right to charge the shipping fee together with the first payment.
The website shall not be held responsible for any delay, late delivery, or failure to deliver the products due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, war, military operations, emergencies, natural disasters, or events such as strikes, lockdowns, or disruptions in the supply or transportation chain caused by third-party service providers or suppliers.
The customer must immediately notify the website if the product has not been delivered within the delivery timeframe stated on the site.
In such cases, a new delivery time will be set, calculated from the date a new delivery arrangement is agreed upon.
Customers must ensure that accurate and up-to-date details are provided when placing an order.
If a shipment is returned to the company due to incorrect or incomplete information, the customer will bear the cost of additional shipping and handling fees.
