Welcome to FECHA 11. The site serves as a sales platform for clothing and apparel products.

Purchasing products on the site constitutes a declaration that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

FECHA 11 may update the Terms and Conditions at any time; use of the site after the update is posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Registration and use of the site

The site is open to users over the age of 18 or accompanied by a responsible adult.

The user must be legally competent to make transactions and possess legal means of payment.

FECHA 11 may prevent any person from using the site in the event of incorrect information or activity that may harm the site.

Purchase and Order

Purchase is made using the shopping cart and accepted payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Prices include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

The transaction requires approval from the credit card company.

FECHA 11 may discontinue sales or change prices at any time.

Warranty and Service

The Company is responsible for the integrity of the products in accordance with the Sales Law, 5728–1968** and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981**, including defects in the product upon delivery.

The user is required to inspect the product upon receipt and notify the Company of any defect or damage found in the product immediately, and in the event of a defect or manufacturing defect – the Company will replace the product, repair it, or refund the user’s money in accordance with the law.

The warranty also includes shipping costs in the event of a defective or incorrect product, with the return being at the company's expense.

The company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the product, use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, or use after the product has been damaged.

The company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damage caused to the user or a third party as a result of using the product, except in cases where the law requires it.

The company does not provide medical or other advice regarding the use of the products, and all information on the site is for informational purposes only.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the site, including content, design and images, are the exclusive property of FECHA 11.

Information from the site may not be used without written permission from the administrator.

Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be governed solely by Israeli law, and the competent court in one of the districts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Haifa, Jerusalem or Beer Sheva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
